Shipping Policy
Products are typically shipped out within 1-3 business from the time the order was placed. Please take into account that holidays could delay a shipment if carriers are closed. We typically use USPS Priority Mail but reserve the right to choose the carrier that best meets our needs.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns are only accepted for unused and unopened items. The returned items will need to be sent the address below at the customers expense. Once received a full refund will be issued.

If the item was damaged during shipping please take images of the damaged packaging & items within 3 days of receipt and send them to greg@windydaykites.com We will make every attempt to promptly replace the damaged items. Please note that items no longer in stock may require additional time to restock before a replacement can be issued.
